A-95794 is first in its class for cutting stainless steel with a cordless saw
Makita® has released a new 5-3/8” 56T Stainless Steel Cutting Blade (model A-95794) for smoother cutting of stainless steel material with a cordless saw. It is the first blade in its class designed exclusively for this application.
The A-95794 is built for a range of stainless steel cutting applications including commercial kitchens, restaurants, elevators and escalators, breweries, clean-rooms, hospitals, and more. It is an ideal accessory for the Makita 18V LXT Lithium-Ion Cordless 5-3/8” Metal Cutting Saw (model BCS550, sold separately).
The A-95794 has a unique design for 5-3/8” cordless circular saws, and is engineered to deliver more cuts per single charge. The Japanese ultra-thin kerf (.043”) and special-grade alloy design provides smoother cuts with less drag on the motor and minimal material loss. The fullyl-hardened and expertly hand-tensioned steel saw plates (.037”) are engineered to reduce blade run-out for more accurate cuts.
Additional features include anti-vibration laser-cut slots for reduced noise and vibration and smoother cutting. The carbide tips are engineered to reduce heat build-up and provide longer blade life, and the special triple chip grind (TCG) design provides cleaner cuts. The blade cuts up to 16 gauge thick stainless steel material, and can be re-sharpened for extended blade life.
