In order to respond to a request to know or a request to delete, we will verify your identity. To do so, We compare the information provided to us in or in connection with your request to the information We have in Our system. We consider your identity to be verified if the information you provided to US matches the name we have in our system and at least two of the following pieces of information: email address, physical address, or telephone number. Alternatively, if you have previously created an online account through Our Website, We consider your identity to be verifiable in the username and password you provide to Us matches our records.

Exercises of your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information are processed automatically. We will confirm receipt of a request to know, request to delete, or request to correct within ten business days. We endeavor to respond to such requests within forty-five days of receipt but, depending on the circumstances, we may require up to an additional 45 days.
