AVT is an exclusive counterbalance system engineered internally to reduce vibration up to three-times that of competitor products.
“The HR3210C is one of our most versatile hammers,” said Anthony Corwin, Makita Product Manager, Commercial and Industrial Products. “It’s the largest SDS-PLUS hammer we offer, so it can be used to break up tile on a floor, or break up concrete. And with AVT the vibration is reduced, so more power in the motor is delivered to the tool bit, not the user.”
Model HR3210C is a versatile, high-powered rotary hammer for heavy-duty applications. The hammer features three-mode operation: hammering-with-rotation, rotation-only, and hammering-only, with a built-in torque limiter that ensures stable torque control and disengages the motor should the bit bind or hit reinforcements. The variable speed control reduces speed loss when working in heavy applications to ensure maximum productivity. The 8.2 AMP motor provides plenty of power (315 - 630 RPM, and 1,650 - 3,300 blows-per-minute) for a range of applications.
The HR3210C weighs 10.6 pounds and has a side handle with rubberized grip; and a large rubberized rear handle; all of which contribute to the overall comfort of the tool.
