TEAM FMF SUZUKI OFF ROAD GOES 1-2 AT GNCC ROUND 7

Team FMF Makita Suzuki Off Road turned the Mountain Ridge round of the Grand National Cross Country Series into a private affair, with Josh Strang defeating his teammate Charlie Mullins after a dramatic three-hour battle in the rocks, mud, forests and fields of Western Pennsylvania.

Strang\'s win marked his fourth victory in the last five GNCC races, and also the second time this season that Team Makita Suzuki Off Road finished 1-2. Strang now holds the points lead for the second time this year.

Mullins snagged the $250 MotorcycleUSA.com Holeshot Award and eventually Strang and Mullins hooked up. The Makita Suzuki teammates battled as it boiled down to a Strang versus Mullins duel for the win. The duo kept the fans excited by going back and forth all the way down to the finish.
The Suzuki teammates finished 1-2 and kept the Off Road Team’s two-year plus-podium streak alive in the GNCC. Strang’s win also earned him the point’s lead with 165 points and four wins. Mullins also moved into second in the points chase, just four behind his teammate with 161 points and one win. With six races left in the GNCC Series, the Team Suzuki Off Road dynamic duo is charging hard for the title!
