ROCKSTAR MAKITA SUZUKI'S BLAKE YOUNG TO RACE UPCOMING WORLD SUPERBIKE ROUND

Rockstar Makita Suzuki factory racer Blake Young will compete in the next round of World Superbike racing at Donington Park in Great Britain next weekend, June 26 – 28, 2009! Young will race the 2009 Suzuki GSX-R1000 of injured rider Max Neukirchner for the Team Suzuki Alstare Brux team.

According to ASMC, the World Superbike ride came about while Young and former World Champion Kevin Schwantz were attending last weekend’s race at San Marino’s Misano World Circuit. Schwantz and Young met with Team Suzuki Alstare Brux and they agreed to let Young ride in a no-pressure situation.

In his first year of AMA Superbike racing this season, Young has already raced his Suzuki GSX-R1000 to two podium finishes and multiple top-five results! For More information on Young and the rest of the Rockstar Makita Suzuki team, log on to www.makitatools.com.
