October 12, 2021, La Mirada, CA – Makita U.S.A., Inc., the leader in cordless power tool and accessory innovation, has launched two tower lights, the 18V LXT^® Tower Work Light (DML813) and 18V LXT^® Tower Work/Multi-Directional Light (DML814).

Both tall, towering lights extend to an overall height of 7-1/4-feet. They feature dust and water-resistant construction (IP55-rated when using battery) for improved operation in harsh job site conditions.

The DML813 features an adjustable head that rotates 220-degrees vertically and pivots 230-degrees horizontally. The DML814 features three adjustable heads that rotate 180-degrees vertically. Each head has L.E.D. lights that effectively illuminate work area without the high heat of halogens. They deliver 3,000 / 1,700 / 900 lumens on High / Medium / Low settings respectively. The tower lights provide up to 10 hours of continuous illumination with one 18V LXT 5.0Ah Battery on low and up to 2 hours on high (battery and charger not included).

The lights easily fold and have a convenient shoulder strap and handles for easy transportation.
