The 42 lb. AVT® Demolition Hammer (HM1317CB) is equipped with Makita's exclusive Anti-Vibration Technology (AVT®), an internal counterbalance system engineered inside the tool to more effectively reduce vibration. Contractors consistently give the AVT®-equipped HM1317CB a thumbs-up over comparable concrete hammers equipped with spring-loaded handles and other non-AVT® devices.
The HM1317CB combines less vibration with hard-hitting performance, with a 14 AMP motor, 25.7 ft.lbs. of impact energy, 730-1,450 BPM, Constant Speed Control, variable speed control dial, and more.
