The Makita Proud Setting Nose Adapter (1916P4-2) is for use with 40V XGT® and 18V LXT® 3-1/2" Framing Nailer models including the 40V max XGT® 30º Clipped Head 3-1/2" Framing Nailer (GNB01), the 40V max XGT® 21º Full Round Head 3-1/2" Framing Nailer (GNB02), the 18V LXT® 21° Full Round Head 3 1/2" Framing Nailer (XNB03), and the 18V LXT® 30° Clipped Head 3 1/2" Framing Nailer (XNB07), all sold separately. The Proud-Setting Nose Adapter is purpose-built to leave nails proud for easy removal. It ensures the nail head remains above the surface for easy removal. The Proud-Setting Nose Adapter is used in non-permanent structures including scaffolding, formwork, or bracing.
