Over 60,000 concrete professionals converged on Las Vegas earlier this month for the World of Concrete trade show.
World of Concrete is the industry's only annual international event dedicated to the commercial concrete and masonry industries, and Makita was ready with new solutions for concrete formwork, drilling, surfacing, breaking, clean-ups, and more. The Makita booth was hands-on with several tons of concrete forms, so attendees were invited to run the tools and feel the difference for themselves.

Attendees were invited to try out the Advanced AVT® 70 lb. Breaker Hammer, which gives users the hard-hitting performance of an air hammer, but with lower vibration, less noise, and zero-hassle with a compressor and hose.
Makita's new 18V LXT Cordless Rebar Cutter (XCS01Z) gives contractors another opportunity to cut the cord.
The display says it all: the Makita 4-Stroke Engine Power Cutter requires no fuel mixing, so contractors can carry 1 gas can for power equipment (and avoid costly repairs from improper fuel mixing!)
