Paper, Styrofoam, and Bubble-wrap are all good material to ensure your tool(s) are packaged in a strong box properly for shipment. This program is for Ground shipment only.
Tool/Battery - Do not include more than on (1) tool kit per box. Each battery must be in a sealed bag or the original sealed clamsheel. UN 3481 and "Forbidden for Transport" label must be affixed to each package with Lithium-Ion batteries inside. Please make sure that any labels are removed if box. Tools/Packages exceeding 100 lbs and packages exceeding 108" in length or 165" in length plus girth (L+2W+2H) cannot be shipped through this program and those item(s) are grayed out on the drop down list. All angle grinders, circular saws and miter saws with a properly functioning safety guards before shipping.

Gas powered tools and equipment such as chainsaws and blowers may be shipped for service following strict DOT instructions for shipping Outdoor Power Equipment product:
(1) Engine components, fuel tank, and any fuel lines must be completely drained, sufficiently cleaned of residue, and purged of vapors to remove any potential hazard;
(2) The engine, when held in any orientation, must not release any liquid fuel.
Additionally, it is recommended to place the tool inside a heavy gauge plastic bag prior to packaging for shipment.
